Our Treats

How long do your treats last?

Our treats last up to one year (if they last longer than a couple of days!) when stored in an air-tight container in a cool, dark place. Since they are slowly air-dried, this ensures that they last as long as possible naturally without preservatives. 

Why do the same treats I purchased last time look slightly different?

We assure you, this is normal and that your treats have the exact same quality and ingredients in them as last time! Since all of our treats are created in small, homemade batches, this means that they can and will vary in colour and sizes sometimes. This certainly does not mean anything is wrong with them and there is nothing to be concerned about. However, if you do have any additional worries or questions, please do contact us - we are happy to help!

Why should we buy from Wag N Go Treats?

At Wag N Go Treats, we cannot even express with words the extent to which we are committed to your pup and their health and happiness! We strive to create our treats with only the best and natural ingredients that we know your dog will love.

Although we can't promise that our business will appeal to everyone and their family, thats's okay! But, something we can 100% guarantee you is the amount of effort, hard work and love that goes into each and every single treat bag. We hope to make you guys proud and your dogs happy and healthy!

Where do you source your meat and ingredients from?

We source all of our meat from sustainable, natural and local (South East Queensland) farmers and butchers. Making sure all of our meat is human-grade, our chicken is also free-range and beef, grass-fed. Further, we ensure that all of our meat is 100% Australian and local to support the small businesses and farmers like us. 

Do you use preservatives or additives in your treats?

No! This is one of our most important promises that we make to everyone who buys from us: no toxic nasties! And that definitely means that there will always be ZERO preservatives and additives in our treats. At Wag N Go Treats, we depend on our dehydration process, proper storage and food-grade oxygen absorber packets in order to prevent moisture and naturally preserve our treats for as long as possible without using nasties.

How are your treats prepared?

All of our treats are slowly and naturally dehydrated and air-dried to remove moisture and create delicious treats for your pup. Sometimes, we also add other ingredients before this process such as marinating our chicken wing tips in golden paste. Further, all of our ingredients used in our treats are natural and some organic. 

When will an out of stock product be available to buy again?

When one of our treats are out of stock, this is usually due to high demand or sourcing delays and we will endeavour to have all products re-stocked within a week or two after being sold out. Please follow us on Instagram or Facebook for any updates with product restocking or new product announcements. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. By creating an account, you will be able to view your order history and save your shopping basket items and shipping details for a faster checkout next time! 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at wagngotreats@yahoo.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via wagngotreats@yahoo.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

Sure! Just shoot us an email at wagngotreats@yahoo.com on the same day you ordered and hopefully, we will try our best to modify your order before it is sent. Unfortunately, we can not alter your order if you place a request after the day it has been ordered since there is a short time period between where your order is processed and sent for delivery. 

When will my order arrive?

After receiving your order, we always aim to pack and send each order within 1-2 business days. However, during peak and especially busy business periods (i.e., Christmas), delays may occur ranging from 2-3 additional business days. All orders are sent from Brisbane, Australia and depending on where you are located, please allow from 7-10 business days to receive your order. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact us and we will contact Australia Post for information.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are $9 for standard delivery and $12.50 for express delivery, Australia-Wide. For orders over $99 on products (non inclusive of additional shipping costs), shipping is free! Further, sometimes we may have sales meaning there may be codes for free shipping, so stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?

We have the following payment methods available at checkout: AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay or ShopPay.

Can I use more than one discount code at the checkout?

Unfortunately, no. We only allow one discount code per transaction.
